Industry Expert Jordan Tolila Tapped to Build and Lead New Media Innovation and Strategies Division

Long Beach, CA- NEP Services, the leading tech and communications firm helping unions strengthen member engagement and build their power, is launching its Media and Innovation Strategies Division, to be led by longtime industry expert Jordan Tolila.

The launch of the new division comes in response to feedback from NEP clients seeking to increase member engagement and deliver high-quality content through digital magazines and newsletters, while also generating revenue through advertising and sponsorship sales to help union leaders offset continually rising operational costs.

For more than two decades, Tolila has consistently delivered high-quality revenue generating media for clients in the union, association, and non-profit sectors. He will now guide the development and management of NEP’s newest division. 

From digital design, content curation and management, and new revenue generation to working with vendors to produce high-quality content, the new Media Innovation and Strategies Division will manage every  aspect of the workflow for NEP clients looking to amplify their voice.   

The new division is a direct response to NEP’s rapid growth over the last year. In 2025 alone, NEP has added 111 new clients, underscoring the need to continue developing fresh resources that help unions keep winning for their members.
